Payment plans are based on the number of shipments your company has crossing. Your company is billed at the end of each month. There are no long-term billing agreements, so you may cancel at any time.

* All prices mentioned above are billed in the same currency as the location of the customers billing address. (ex. if a customer is in Canada they would be billed $249.95 CAD, if the customer was located in the U.S. they would be billed $249.95 USD)
* Shipment totals are the sum of unique U.S. Shipment Control Number (ex. PAPS) and Canadian Cargo Control Numbers (ex. PARS) in ACE/ACI/RNS. For example, an ACI eManifest with matching RNS message counts as 1 shipment.

Q: Is the first month really free?
A: Yes! You can sign up for a 30 day FREE trial of BorderConnect today! It's risk-free and there is absolutely no financial obligation. After your free month's trial, we'll call to see how you've made out.
Q: Do I have to pay a setup fee?
A: No. We do not charge a setup fee. You receive free training by phone and free support.
Q: What happens if I go slightly over one month?
A: Don't worry about it. We have many carriers that do right around the maximum for their payment plan. If your company grows and you regularly exceed the maximum number of shipments we will call and confirm your updated payment plan before invoicing your company.
Q: How do I get billed?
A: We bill at the end of each month. You can choose mailed or electronic invoices. Payments are typically made by cheque. Other arrangements may be made such as direct withdrawal.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: BorderConnect accepts payments by cheque, Visa, MasterCard or directly through online banking with many popular Canadian banks and credit unions. You also have the option to pay your invoice(s) directly through BorderConnect.
Q: Can I schedule quarterly or yearly billing?
A: We only offer billing on a monthly basis.
Q: Do I have to pay for upgrades?
A: No. We are continually updating and improving BorderConnect and you receive each upgrade automatically because BorderConnect is SaaS (Software as a service). There is no IT or programming investment on your behalf unless you choose to integrate with us.
Q: What if I have a lot more shipments than the Enterprise Plan?
A: Many large carriers use BorderConnect and regularly have many thousands of shipments each month. Large BorderConnect clients such as Werner Enterprises, Yanke, or Vitran Express love that their payment plans are not transaction based, are predictable and do not increase. BorderConnect works great for some of the largest carriers in North America.
